Extra mural activities such as sports and cultural activities, teach children important life lessons. Furthermore, participation in a variety of extramural activities helps to develop many character traits that are vital to a child’s overall growth into adulthood.  Extra Murals enhance well-being, increases in self-confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.

At Brylin we encourage our learners to become actively involved in extra murals.

  • Develops social skills
  • Reduces stress
  • Improves retentive memory

Computer Club

Computer Club is available to all Grade 4 – 7 learners after school.  The objectives of the Computer Club are to widen the perspectives of technology and allow the learners to get hands-on experiences with media. Learners get to expand their horizons by learning different multimedia skills.

Library Club

Learners are encouraged to join Library Club. At Brylin we encourage reading as it stimulates their imagination and expands their understanding of the world. It helps them develop language and listening skills and prepares them to understand the written word.

Dance Sport (Grades 4 – 7)

Dance Sport gives the learners the opportunity to combine sport and dance, and that allows the learners to improve physical fitness and mental well-being and to form social relationships.

Science Experi-Club (Grades 4 – 7)

Science Experi-Club is a wonderful way for children to engage, hands on, with science. It gives them an introduction to scientific methods, helps them to develop a love of science and can give them the confidence to continue studying science.
